Due to the handloom/powerloom process and natural dyes used in crafting each saree, minor variations in color, texture, or weave are inherent and add to the beauty of our products. These are not considered defects.

We only accept returns or exchanges in cases where:
•The wrong item was received, or
• The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
Depending on stock availability, a replacement will be provided, or a refund in store credit will be issued.

• Our collection includes both handloom and power loom sarees, and minor variations in weave, texture, or finish are inherent to the weaving process. These are not imperfections but part of the authenticity and charm of each saree.
• Since many sarees are handcrafted, small irregularities or thread variations may occur and are a hallmark of traditional weaving techniques.
• Accessories or blouses shown in product images are for styling purposes only, unless stated otherwise.
• Please refer to the individual product description for fabric details, measurements, and care instructions.
• No exchange or return will be accepted for slight color differences or weaving variations.

A Quick Note: Our pieces are made with care and often include materials like metals, zari, and natural fibers and dyes. In rare cases, zari or similar materials may cause irritation for sensitive skin. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please check product details before buying or contact us for more information. We want you to feel comfortable and confident with your purchase; however, we do not take responsibility for any allergic reactions.

• Dry Clean Only – Helps preserve the color, texture, and zari.
• Air After Use – Hang in shade and ensure the saree is stain-free before storing.
• Avoid Perfume Contact – Spray on skin, not on fabric.
• Store with Care – Fold in a muslin cloth and keep away from moisture and sunlight.
• Refold Occasionally – Prevents creasing and fabric stress.
